Yumna Ali, (she, her), Founder and Principal at YBA Consulting, brings experience from a two-decade career in organizational development, leadership development, and talent management, across multiple industries including media, financial services, engineering, and the non-profit sector.
She is passionate about creating inclusive, meaningful development for people and organizations, using her personal experience of living and working in different countries and organizational cultures to bring cultural dexterity to life.
As an accomplished facilitator, she excels at assisting executive and management groups in tackling complex goals with multiple stakeholders. She has led successful teams, built and delivered leader and manager development programs, and has coached and mentored throughout her career.
Yumna is from India and grew up in the U.K. She holds a BA (Hons.) from Sussex University in Social Psychology and Artificial Intelligence.
When she's not traveling for work or pleasure, Yumna and her family are based in the U.S., in Atlanta, Georgia, where she loves cooking (and eating!), hand-building pottery, spending time with friends and family, and trying to love hiking and walking more.
